I mentioned in the last newsletter about the importance of children arriving on time for school at or before 8:55am.
From Monday earlier this week, we have introduced a signing in sheet for parents whose child/ children are late. We would ask parents to sign this sheet, stating the reason for their child being late. This week, just from Monday to Thursday, we had 14 late arrivals after 8:55am compared to 25 over a similar period in the week before half term. Well done to Year 5 for being our most punctual year group this week with no late arrivals. Whilst we acknowledge that children can occasionally be late, we would be grateful if parents could ensure that their child arrives on time for school as much as is possible so that they do not miss out on their learning. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
