A letter went out to parents last week regarding Pupil Premium funding. Schools receive £1320 for every pupil registered for Free School Meals. We are asking all eligible parents to register, even if your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 and receives a ‘Universal Free School Meal.’ The money is crucial in helping us to provide resources to improve the education of your child, such as additional teachers and teaching assistants. If you are eligible(please check list on the letter for eligibility) please register online at www.togetherforchildren.org.uk/families/free-school-meals or telephone 0191 561 1417; alternatively contact the school office for assistance. No one will know you have registered and it will not affect any benefits you are claiming. Thank you in advance.
